Mileage is calculated one way from Minnscon Legal's address. Each party billed individually. Runs over 40 miles one way billed at $66/hr. plus .68/mile round trip. Same day, rush, scheduled, non-standard hour, and WI cases requiring service upon MN residents or entities are extra. First 15 minutes of on-site delivery and waiting is free. Thereafter, time is billed at $66/hr. Most Affidavits completed and forwarded within 48 hours of service being made.
